Starting with their Seoul show in February, Apink took their solo concert tour ‘The Origin : APINK’ across eight cities, including Taipei, Macau, Singapore, Kaohsiung, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, and Manila. This large-scale Asia tour marks the most regions they have ever visited since their debut, with every single show selling out! The hype was especially high in Macau and Hong Kong, where even the additional dates were completely sold out.
The grand finale took place on the 10th in Manila, Philippines. For their first-ever solo concert in the city, Apink delivered a comprehensive look at their 15-year journey. They performed legendary hits like ‘I Don’t Know’, ‘My My’, ‘NoNoNo’, and ‘I’m Sorry’, alongside this year’s new releases ‘Love Me More’, ‘Fizzy Soda’, and ‘Hold My Hand’.
Stepping away from their signature innocent image, the members transformed into ‘A-Green’ with a boy group concept for a fresh performance. They added extra fun to the show with a cover of ‘Mirotic’, comedic acting, and movie parody VCRs. Their stable live vocals and polished performances left the crowd cheering.
The fans also made the tour extra special. Fans in every city prepared heartfelt video events to cheer on the members, and Philippine fans added a sweet touch by presenting a cake to celebrate Apink’s 15th anniversary.
Meanwhile, Apink released their 11th mini album ‘RE : LOVE’ in January and promoted the title track ‘Love Me More’.
