On the latest episode of KBS2TV’s ‘Mr. House Husband 2’, a surprising story about Park Seo-jin’s mother and the time she was pregnant with Park Hyo-jung was revealed.
In the episode aired on the 2nd, Park Seo-jin and Park Hyo-jung visited laughter therapist Oh Haeng-ja in hopes of helping their parents reconcile after a fight. Oh Haeng-ja tried to mediate the situation and encourage the parents to share their honest feelings.
However, the tension between the parents wasn’t easily resolved. The mother, who had been struggling with housework despite her poor health, was finding things particularly difficult. This led the father to drop a bombshell, claiming, “When Hyo-jung was conceived, she thought it was just a potbelly and didn’t go to the hospital until she was five months along!” This revelation left everyone stunned and the mother looking very displeased.
Park Seo-jin calmly confirmed the story, saying, “It’s true. She thought it was a potbelly, but when she finally went to the hospital at five months, she found out Hyo-jung was on the way.” Watching his parents’ relationship grow even more tense, he looked exhausted, noting, “I thought they’d reconcile through laughter therapy, but seeing them fight like this, I think we need something else.”
