The global phenomenon “Attack on Titan” is returning to Seoul this June with a massive exhibition!
The “Attack on Titan Exhibition FINAL” will be held at DUEX Hongdae in Mapo-gu, Seoul, from June 19 to November 1. This is an upgraded version of the 2023 exhibition, which was a huge hit with around 110,000 visitors in Korea, now featuring significantly expanded core content.
“Attack on Titan” has been a global syndrome since its serialization began in 2009 in Kodansha’s “Bessatsu Shonen Magazine,” thanks to its overwhelming world-building and intense narrative. Even after the anime concluded in 2023, it continues to be loved, recently gaining renewed attention in Korea through various brand collaboration goods and theatrical re-releases.
The exhibition is designed to let fans experience the world of “Attack on Titan” in various ways, featuring reproduced original art, physical exhibits, videos, author interviews, and photo zones.
Upon entry, visitors can choose between “Inside the Wall” or “Outside the Wall,” leading them to different introductory artworks. Following the story’s progression, fans can view over 200 reproduced original drawings and iconic items brought to life, such as the Survey Corps cloaks and Mikasa’s muffler. Additionally, visitors can enjoy immersive battle videos using 1:5 wide-screen mapping technology and 4-channel surround sound, as well as a heartfelt interview video with author Hajime Isayama.
There is plenty of new content to look forward to! The highlights include the display of original artwork and the Omni-directional Mobility Gear. Fans will have the rare privilege of seeing the original artwork of the very last scene—the only one of its kind in the world—right before their eyes, along with a life-size version of the Omni-directional Mobility Gear used by the Survey Corps.
To fully immerse yourself in the world of “Attack on Titan,” there will be an interactive photo zone where you can pretend to be a Titan inside the wall, as well as exhibition-limited merchandise, four-cut photos, and a collaboration cafe.
Tickets for the “Attack on Titan Exhibition FINAL” will be available starting the 13th via “Yes24 Ticket” and “Naver Reservation.” For the first three days (June 19 to 21), the exhibition will operate on a timed-entry system, and from June 22 to November 1, it will switch to general admission.
