While school violence allegations continue to surround Kuk Dong-ho, a cast member of the Netflix variety show ‘Single’s Inferno 4’, attention is shifting to Lawyer A, the person who first raised the issue, after they suddenly switched their SNS account to private.
Person B, who identified as being from the same law firm as Lawyer A, recently explained via their own account that “Lawyer A’s decision to go private is unrelated to any specific person’s statement” and was “a recommended measure for protection considering external circumstances.”
Lawyer A’s side further stated, “The circumstances and facts of the case have already been sufficiently explained through interviews,” but added, “Due to the broadcast and reporting schedule, as well as promises made to the broadcaster, it is difficult to mention further details until they are officially released.”
Previously, on the 3rd, Lawyer A raised allegations regarding Kuk Dong-ho’s school days. They claimed, “I was bullied by the ‘iljin’ (school bullies) at the time,” and alleged that Kuk Dong-ho stood by and watched despite knowing about it. Specific details of the damage were also mentioned, such as being hit on the head with a badminton racket and finding thumbtacks on a chair.
On the other hand, Kuk Dong-ho is completely denying these allegations. He countered, “These are just one-sided claims and are different from the facts,” adding, “I was not involved in the related incidents, and the claim that I aided and abetted them cannot be established.”
His agency also announced that “after an internal review, there is no fact of participation in violence or the exercise of power,” and has signaled legal action.
