Police have decided not to send the case to prosecution regarding the lawsuit filed by YouTuber Gujeyeok (Lee Jun-hee) against Tzuyang (Park Jung-won) for false accusation.
The Daejeon Dunsan Police Station announced on the 13th that Tzuyang and her agency staff were cleared of the charges due to insufficient evidence.
Previously, Gujeyeok and his legal representatives filed a complaint claiming that Tzuyang spread false information and repeatedly filed false lawsuits against them three times between July 2024 and October 2025.
Tzuyang had also sued Gujeyeok for false accusation last October. The Gyeonggi Suwon Paldal Police Station, which investigated the case, found the charges valid and sent Gujeyeok to the prosecution last month.
Meanwhile, Gujeyeok’s three-year prison sentence was finalized by the Supreme Court in March for blackmailing Tzuyang for tens of millions of won.
