Comedian Yoon Hyung-bin is bringing fresh energy to the Hongdae performance scene with a brand-new show that blends recreation and comedy.
Yoonso Group, the content production company led by Yoon Hyung-bin, is meeting fans through an open run of ‘Comedy Game’ every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at the Hongdae K-Pop Stage.
Launched on the 18th of last month, ‘Comedy Game’ breaks the mold of traditional shows where the audience simply watches from their seats. Instead, it is an ‘experiential comedy show’ where viewers jump on stage to play games and interact with the cast. With exciting prizes up for grabs, the show is being praised for its high level of audience engagement.
The lineup is seriously impressive! Comedians Yoon Hyung-bin, Kim Ji-ho, and Lee Jong-hoon, who were beloved for their unique characters like Wang Bi-ho, Orangkae, and Australopithecus on KBS2’s ‘Gag Concert’, are teaming up. Their rock-solid chemistry and quick-witted ad-libs, honed over years at the Yoon Hyung-bin Small Theater in Hongdae, deliver non-stop laughs even in the most unexpected improvised moments.
With May being Family Month, the show is seeing a surge in family visitors. Thanks to a game format that is easy for everyone to enjoy, word is spreading that it is a perfect show for all generations, from young children to parents. Excitement is building even further with various events in the works, including a special performance for Teacher’s Day.
Yoon Hyung-bin, who planned the show, shared, “‘Comedy Game’ is a performance completed by everyone becoming a player. I hope it becomes a time where families, friends, and couples can laugh together and create precious memories.”
Meanwhile, ‘Comedy Game’ runs on Fridays at 7:30 PM, and Saturdays and Sundays at 11 AM, 1 PM, and 3 PM, for a total of four sessions. Tickets can be booked through major sites like Interpark, Naver Booking, Coupang, and Time Ticket.
