Kim Guk-jin didn’t hold back and threw some serious shade at Seo Kyung-seok on ‘Radio Star’!
The May 13th episode of MBC’s ‘Radio Star’ featured a special “Teacher’s Day Passionate Priests” theme, with guests Seo Kyung-seok, Choi Tae-sung, Kim Sung-eun, and Hwang Min-ho joining the conversation.
Kim Gura started by praising Seo Kyung-seok, calling him “the top in Korea” when it comes to academics. He mentioned that top students used to choose between Seoul National University and the Korea Military Academy, noting that Seo’s status as the top graduate there speaks for itself.
Kim Gura continued the praise, revealing, “I actually knew about Seo Kyung-seok through the newspaper before he even became a comedian. I was someone who dreamed of being an intellectual myself, and Seo Kyung-seok was truly amazing.”
However, Kim Guk-jin quickly shifted the mood with a blunt question: “But Kyung-seok failed at all his businesses. Is there any business you actually succeeded in?” Kim Gura added to the laughter by mentioning, “He’s probably tried every business imaginable, including a Jjamppong restaurant in front of MBC.”
