On May 14, Kim Young-hee shared on her social media, “I woke up this morning wondering what the early morning delivery was, and it turns out my husband bought a storage bin for Haeseo’s dolls. Seriously, without a single joke… he bought a 110-liter bin because there were too many plushies to store together. Is that it? Is that really it?! He says it’s cheap and practical.”
The photos show Kim Young-hee’s husband, Yoon Seung-yeol, with a proud smile in front of the 110-liter blue bin. The sight of the bin filled with dolls taking up a corner of the house sparked laughter. Netizens reacted with comments like, “He looks so bright… I bet he wants to jump in the bin too,” “It ruins the aesthetic, but the practicality is amazing,” and “I thought he was making kimchi.”
Amidst the laughter, one netizen left a comment saying, “Please donate some,” suggesting that she should donate the dolls instead of just storing them. To this, Kim Young-hee expressed her displeasure, replying, “Since these are dolls Haeseo has used, I am consistently donating in other ways. Why don’t you join me?”
Meanwhile, Kim Young-hee married former baseball player Yoon Seung-yeol, who is 10 years her junior, in 2021, and they have a daughter named Haeseo.
