Lee Hyori took to her SNS on the 14th to share photos of her students deeply focused during their yoga session. She added, “It looks like everyone had a great time this dawn,” and “The bodily heat and peace that come after long concentration. It’s a healthy sense of satisfaction that only those who push themselves to the limit can experience.”
Students also shared their own experiences along with photos from the class. One student playfully wrote, “I’m not being punished by the teacher,” while another shared, “I finally took Teacher Hyori’s class. She gave me candy with a big smile and told me I worked hard.” Lee Hyori added to the heartwarming atmosphere by sharing these posts herself.
Last year, Lee Hyori opened her yoga studio, ‘Ananda’, in Yeonhui-dong, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, where she personally leads classes. On her YouTube channel ‘Ah Yoga’, she recently opened up, saying, “While many students who have been with me since the opening attend the dawn classes, the morning classes have a higher proportion of one-day students. It’s not easy to embrace such a diverse group of students, but I feel that is also part of my own practice.”
Meanwhile, Lee Hyori married Lee Sang-soon in 2013 and moved her residence to Seoul in 2024 after completing her life in Jeju.
