Former Miss Korea and actress Kim Min-kyung is not holding back her anger over the “backbiting” drama unfolding in the 31st batch of ‘I am Solo’.
On the 14th, Kim Min-kyung took to Instagram to share her thoughts. As a dedicated fan who has watched the show since the very first season, she pointed out that certain individuals in the current batch are actually “scary.”
The controversy centers around the behavior of the “backbiting trio” consisting of Ok-soon, Jung-hee, and Young-sook. In previously released unbroadcast footage, Ok-soon was seen mocking a nervous Soon-ja, asking, “Did someone die? Why does this feel like a funeral home?”
The drama didn’t stop there. Ok-soon and Jung-hee were caught criticizing Soon-ja’s appearance and dating style behind her back, claiming that “Soon-ja tied up Kyung-soo” and that the two “don’t look good together physically,” sparking a wave of controversy.
For those who don’t know, Kim Min-kyung won the title of ‘Jin’ at the 2001 Miss Korea pageant. She has since built a career as an actress, appearing in dramas such as ‘Padam Padam… This is My Heartbeat’, ‘No Children, No Worries’, and ‘Eve’s Love’.
