TOMORROW X TOGETHER Hits Another Milestone with 16th Japan Gold Disc Certification!

According to the Recording Industry Association of Japan on the 15th, TOMORROW X TOGETHER’s (Soobin, Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Taehyun, HueningKai) 8th mini album “7TH YEAR: When the wind stopped for a moment in the thorn bush” has surpassed 250,000 cumulative shipments as of April, earning a “Platinum” certification. This marks their 16th album in total to receive a Gold Disc certification!

The Recording Industry Association of Japan awards Gold Disc certifications based on monthly cumulative shipments: Gold (100,000+), Platinum (250,000+), Double Platinum (500,000+), Triple Platinum (750,000+), and Million (1,000,000+).

TOMORROW X TOGETHER now boasts a total of 16 Gold Disc certified albums, including “CHIKAI” (Triple Platinum), “별의 장: TOGETHER”, “Starkissed”, “SWEET”, and “GOOD BOY GONE BAD” (Double Platinum), as well as “7TH YEAR: When the wind stopped for a moment in the thorn bush”, “별의 장: SANCTUARY”, “이름의 장: FREEFALL”, “이름의 장: TEMPTATION”, and “Chaotic Wonderland” (Platinum).

Their 8th mini album has been receiving massive love, topping Oricon’s “Weekly Combined Album Ranking”, “Weekly Album Ranking”, and “Weekly Western Music Album Ranking” as of April 27. Notably, by hitting the top of the “Weekly Combined Album Ranking” for the 14th time, they have tied for the record of the most number one finishes among all Japanese and international artists.

On the 11th, TOMORROW X TOGETHER grabbed attention with a performance of the title track “하루에 하루만 더 (Stick With You)” on the representative Japanese music show TBS “CDTV Live! Live!”. They are also gearing up for their 7th anniversary special concert, “2026 TXT MOA CON IN JAPAN”. The tour will span 8 shows across 4 cities: Aichi (May 23-24), Chiba (May 27-28), Fukuoka (June 16-17), and Hyogo (June 23-24). Additionally, the Aichi performance on May 24 will be broadcast live via Live Viewing to 53 countries and regions worldwide.

Meanwhile, TOMORROW X TOGETHER’s new release reached number 3 on the Billboard 200 (as of May 2) and remained on the chart for two consecutive weeks. They have now placed a total of 13 albums on this chart.
