BTS V shared a video of a handshake with fellow member Jungkook from a concert on TikTok on the 9th. The clip exploded, surpassing 100 million views in just four days and racking up 16.98 million likes!
With this achievement, V now has two posts on TikTok that have exceeded 100 million views.
V is currently the only person with a Korean TikTok account to produce a post with 100 million views in 2026. Additionally, his “Tampa!” video posted on the 1st is closing in on the 100 million mark, currently sitting at 90.52 million views.
Since opening his TikTok account on March 13, V reached 10 million followers in just 19 days. He then broke the record for the shortest time for a Korean star’s personal account to hit 15 million followers, achieving the milestone in 58 days. He currently has 15.42 million followers.
Despite having a small number of posts, with only nine videos in total, V’s impact is massive. Seven of those videos have surpassed 50 million views, and four have received over 15 million likes.
V has also previously been ranked 2nd as the “most influential influencer in the world” on Instagram.
