NewJeans’ Haerin has celebrated her 20th birthday!
On May 15, NewJeans’ agency ADOR posted several photos of Haerin on their official social media with the caption “HAPPY HAERIN DAY”.
Born on May 15, 2006, Haerin officially turned 20 on this day. The photos released for her birthday capture various moments of her daily life. From a pure look in a white t-shirt to a hip vibe with a backward cap, Haerin’s diverse styling is catching everyone’s attention. Her more mature beauty is also on full display.
NewJeans, who debuted in July 2022, have been involved in an exclusive contract dispute with ADOR since November 2024. After losing the first trial regarding the validity of the contract last October, members Hanni, Haerin, and Hyein returned to ADOR, while Danielle’s contract was terminated. Currently, ADOR is proceeding with a lawsuit for penalties and damages amounting to 43.1 billion won against Danielle and others.
While member Minji’s current status remains unclear, it has been reported that positive discussions are taking place regarding her future activities.
In April, NewJeans members were spotted in Copenhagen, Denmark. Regarding this, ADOR stated, “The visit to Copenhagen was part of the pre-production process to capture NewJeans’ new musical narrative.” They added, “The members are currently preparing for activities according to their individual conditions and schedules optimized for each person. We plan to officially announce the members’ future moves at the most appropriate time.”
