MBC’s variety show Omniscient Interfering View is creating a buzz by showcasing a massive toy flea market hosted by Lee Sang-hoon, known as the “Yoo Jae-suk of the toy world.” To celebrate Children’s Day, Lee organized an event featuring 100 booths, attracting around 2,000 collectors from all over the country to get a glimpse of rare figures.
Through the show, Lee Sang-hoon’s personal warehouse collection, valued at hundreds of millions of won, and his “Toy Account Book” were revealed. His Toy Museum has also seen a surge in visitors following the broadcast, proving that “otaku” passion can lead to real business success. Lee reportedly planned and designed the museum, located in Dongducheon, Gyeonggi-do, entirely on his own without professional assistance.
