Model Lee Hyun-yi was initially relieved by her son’s teacher’s praise, only to be shocked when she learned the truth.
On May 15, a video titled “What does a son’s mom know? You’ll never know if you haven’t raised a daughter (rebuttals welcome)” was uploaded to the ‘Yeouido Yuktoe Club’ YouTube channel.
During the episode, Sleepy confessed, “A single word from the daycare teacher makes me nervous. When I pick up my child and the teacher says, ‘He eats so well,’ I start wondering if my kid did something wrong. I just end up thinking like that.”
Lee Hyun-yi related to this and shared her own experience. As a mother of two sons, she recalled, “My son’s elementary school teacher told me, ‘Mother, Yunseo has such a great personality. He loves his friends and gets along well,’ so I thanked her. But a few weeks later, she contacted me again and said, ‘Yunseo loves his friends so much that he sits with his back turned during class.'” It turned out her son had been sitting backward in his seat just to chat with his friends during lessons.
Lee Hyun-yi joked, “From that moment on, I realized I shouldn’t take things literally.”
Meanwhile, Lee Hyun-yi married in 2012 and has two sons.
