BTS is absolutely dominating the global music scene with their 5th full-length album, ‘ARIRANG’!

BTS’s 5th full album ‘ARIRANG’ has once again claimed the top spot on Spotify’s ‘Weekly Top Albums Global’ chart (tracking period: May 8 to May 14). Even two months after its release, the album is showing incredible staying power, firmly holding its position in the Top 3.

Their strength isn’t just in album sales, but in streaming too! The title track ‘SWIM’ landed at #3 on Spotify’s ‘Weekly Top Rock Global’ chart and has achieved a massive milestone by staying in the Top 3 of the ‘Daily Top Rock Global’ chart for 56 consecutive days. Even more impressive, all 13 vocal tracks from the album have charted for eight straight weeks, proving BTS’s overwhelming power.

The hype is also huge in the UK, the heart of the pop market. According to the UK Official Charts released on the 16th, ‘ARIRANG’ ranked #26 on the ‘Official Albums Top 100’, charting for eight consecutive weeks. The album also made its mark across various charts, including ‘Official Album Streaming’ (#30), ‘Scottish Albums’ (#25), ‘Official Physical Albums’ (#26), and ‘Official Vinyl Albums’ (#32). The title track ‘SWIM’ also performed well, ranking #51 on the ‘Official Singles Top 100’, #41 in downloads, and #44 in sales.

In Germany, ‘ARIRANG’ took #6 on the ‘Top 100 Albums’ of the Offizielle Deutsche Charts, marking an incredible eight consecutive weeks in the Top 10. The global popularity continues with a #7 spot on Australia’s ARIA ‘Top 50 Albums’ and #16 on the ‘Top 20 Vinyl Albums’, as well as #8 on France’s SNEP ‘Top Albums’ chart.

Over in Japan, BTS is showing an amazing “reverse run” on the Oricon charts! ‘ARIRANG’ climbed two spots on the ‘Weekly Combined Album Ranking’ and one spot on the ‘Weekly Album Ranking’ to land at #3. It also hit #7 on the ‘Weekly Digital Album Ranking’, showing that their popularity in Asia is as hot as ever.

After sweeping the global charts, BTS is ready to meet fans with a massive offline stage. On May 17, 18, and 20 (local time), BTS will become the first Korean artists to hold solo concerts at Stanford Stadium in the US, turning North America purple!
