Yoo Jae Suk has been labeled as the “uncle who hates paying” by children!
The May 16 episode of MBC’s variety show Hangout with Yoo features Yoo Jae Suk, Haha, Heo Kyung Hwan, Joo Woo Jae, Yang Sang Guk, and Lee Sun Min in a special segment titled “War of Money in Changwon.”
During the shoot, some local children in Changwon innocently shouted, “I saw that you didn’t want to pay!” leaving Yoo Jae Suk flustered. Trying to save his social reputation, he quickly explained, “It’s not that uncles hate paying. Don’t misunderstand!”
However, despite his explanation to the kids, Yoo Jae Suk seems completely addicted to the “War of Money” bets. He admitted, “I can afford to pay for my own food, but (whenever I’m here) I really don’t want to pay.”
Released photos capture the tension of the final showdown in the “Changwon Battle.” At a critical moment before the bill arrives, the newest member, Lee Sun Min, gets scolded for standing up to grab side dishes. The older members jokingly discipline him, saying, “You shouldn’t get up from your seat at a time like this!”
In a hilarious twist, when the younger members start arguing about seniority, Yoo Jae Suk suddenly decides to become the “youngest.” He suggests, “Then how about the older brother pays? Haha hyung, Kyung Hwan hyung, Sun Min hyung, Sang Guk hyung, Woo Jae hyung.” The result of this chaotic bet will be revealed on the May 16 broadcast at 6:30 PM.
