Broadcaster Kim Gura recently shared some behind-the-scenes stories about his past real estate investments, hinting at his impressive financial status.
In a video uploaded to his YouTube channel ‘GreeGura’ on the 16th, Kim Gura confessed, “In 2011, I unintentionally ended up with pre-sale rights for two apartments.”
He recalled the struggle, saying, “Even though I was earning a lot back then, I had to pay intermediate payments of 70 million won every few months. I actually felt a sense of crisis, wondering, ‘How am I going to pay this?'”
Despite the worry, Kim Gura surprised everyone by revealing, “In the end, I paid for everything in cash without taking out any loans.”
On a separate note, Kim Gura remarried a non-celebrity in 2020. He has a son, Gree, from his first marriage and a daughter from his second.
