Lee San, a contestant on ENA’s ‘The Scout: Reborn Star’, has claimed the top position in the first main vote!
During the second episode aired on the 15th, the production team revealed the results of the first main vote. Lee San has been garnering massive support from K-pop fans, particularly in South America.
Lee San was born to a Peruvian mother and a Korean father. His sharp visuals have been catching the eyes of viewers since the beginning of the show.
On ‘The Scout’ stage, he delivered a unique reinterpretation of Hyukoh’s ‘TOMBOY’. A program official explained, “Performance videos of Lee San and posts encouraging votes have spread rapidly among fans in South America, creating quite a buzz.”
Following Lee San in the top 10 are Kim Yu-shin, Jo Yong-hwan, Yang Tae-seon, Kim Yeon-gyu, Kim Dong-won, Kim Yun-su, Park Jun-sung, Park Min-seok, and Lee Je-bin.
In other news, Lee San has joined Wendy’s team following the team matching results. ‘The Scout’ airs every Friday at 8 PM.
