On the 16th, a new video titled “Outing is just an excuse” was released on the YouTube channel “DdeunDdeun.” Jun Ji-hyun, Koo Kyo-hwan, and Ji Chang-wook, stars of the movie “Gunche,” appeared as guests to share various stories.
During the episode, Ji Chang-wook revealed, “I’ve been looking into US stocks lately. I started out of curiosity, and it’s been really interesting,” adding that his returns have been “not bad.”
He further explained, “Rather than looking for short-term gains, I invest based on trust in the company. I feel it’s much safer to entrust my money to smart CEOs than to manage it myself, as the company is less likely to fail than I am.”
Jun Ji-hyun also shared that she is an investor, saying, “I’ve been doing it for a long time. I set a target profit and decisively take the profit once it’s reached. If I don’t, it always ends up going negative. When it does go negative, I have no choice but to wait.”
Yoo Jae-suk expressed his admiration, noting, “I know quite a few people who invest in stocks, but not many can decisively take profits once their target is hit.”
He described his own style, saying, “I’m the type to put a lot of affection into a company. I hold onto them even during bad news. I’m a typical retail investor who keeps a long-term bond with the company.”
Koo Kyo-hwan added a laugh by saying, “I think I should listen and learn. I don’t invest; I pour all the money I earn into the movies I direct.”
