AlphaDriveOne took home two trophies at ‘ASEA 2026’!
The 3rd ASIA STAR ENTERTAINER AWARDS (ASEA 2026) was held on the afternoon of May 16 at the Belluna Dome in Saitama Prefecture, Japan.
Group AlphaDriveOne has already proven their status as monster rookies, surpassing 1.44 million copies in first-week sales for their first mini-album ‘EUPHORIA’ released last January, ranking 2nd for the highest debut first-week sales of all time for a K-pop group.
On this special day, AlphaDriveOne achieved a double win, taking home both ‘ASEA THE BEST NEW ARTIST’ and ‘ASEA THE PLATINUM’ awards.
AlphaDriveOne shared, “We are so grateful just to receive the Rookie of the Year award, and we are truly happy and thankful to have won the Platinum award as well. I’m also so thankful to the members who always trust each other and follow along. To ELIZ (AlphaDriveOne’s fandom), thank you sincerely for your unchanging love and support. It’s because of your hearts that we were able to receive these awards here.”
They added, “We will take these awards as a sign to work even harder and deliver sincere music and performances. As AlphaDriveOne writes each chapter of our story, we will show you our continuous growth. Please keep an eye on us and give us lots of love. We will work hard with humility.”
‘ASEA 2026’ is an awards ceremony hosted by NEWSEN, Korea’s leading entertainment and sports media outlet celebrating its 21st anniversary, and @style, a star and style magazine celebrating its 14th anniversary, and organized by the ASEA Organizing Committee.
