Creator Moon Sang-hoon appeared on the MBC variety show ‘Omniscient Interfering View’ that aired on the 16th.
During the broadcast, Moon Sang-hoon revealed that his hyper-realistic acting once led to a funny misunderstanding. He shared, “I have a character called Star Instructor Moon-ssam. About three to six months after I started Moon-ssam, I received a call from an unknown number, and a chairman asked to meet me.”
He continued, “I went to Daechi-dong, and the chairman of an online lecture company told me, ‘You’re talented. You can just lose weight and study. Let’s start from the beginning.'”
When asked to reveal the name of the academy, he gave a hint, saying, “Last year or the year before, a lecturer from that online company mentioned they paid the most taxes in that district.”
Moon Sang-hoon is receiving a lot of love for his various characters, including Star Instructor Moon-ssam, the returning student, and Reporter Moon, on his YouTube channel ‘BDNS’.
