Actor Shin Ha-kyun has revealed his incredibly disciplined sleep routine, which involves heading to bed strictly by 10 PM.
On the 16th, a video titled “Our Ha-kyun hyung is…” was uploaded to Yoo Yeon-seok’s YouTube channel, ‘Weekend Yeon-seok Theater’. Shin Ha-kyun appeared as a guest to share stories about his daily life and health management habits.
When Yoo Yeon-seok asked if he still enjoyed coffee, Shin Ha-kyun surprised everyone by revealing, “Because of my sleep, I’ve quit not only coffee but also alcohol for five months now.”

Yoo Yeon-seok then asked, “Then you probably don’t look at your phone before bed either,” to which Shin Ha-kyun replied, “I rarely do.” He explained, “I did look at it yesterday after a long time because I received a text from Yoo Yeon-seok regarding today’s filming.”
Yoo Yeon-seok responded, “I didn’t realize it was your bedtime. I was just excited that you were appearing and wondered if you’d seen the broadcast video,” but Shin Ha-kyun jokingly replied, “I didn’t watch it. You sent it right before I went to sleep. Sleep is just that important to me,” bringing laughter to the set.
Shin Ha-kyun added, “Instead, I wake up between 6 and 7 AM. I’ve turned into a morning person. I watched the video you sent on my way here.”
Meanwhile, Shin Ha-kyun debuted in 1998 with the movie ‘The Great Guys’ and celebrates the 27th anniversary of his debut this year.
