On the 12th, Kim Jung-eun posted several photos on her account. Looking natural and makeup-free in a striped shirt, she caught everyone’s attention with her flawless skin and slim wrists, making it hard to believe she is 50 years old. One of the photos revealed a meal consisting of just three pieces of oriental melon and a few blueberries.

Seeing this, entertainer Lee Hye-young jokingly asked, “You only eat this much?” to which Kim Jung-eun replied, “Of course not. I’m on a death diet.” This revelation sparked curiosity about the diets of other celebrities.

Actor Jun Ji-hyun surprised fans on the channel ’15ya’ by revealing that she carries her own personal icebox during filming. Director Yeon Sang-ho, who appeared with her, noted, “Her tastes are different from ours,” adding, “There were even celery sticks in there. She even told me to try some.” Jun Ji-hyun explained, “If I eat too much during filming, I can’t concentrate well and I get very sleepy. That’s why I pay more attention to my diet.”

Actor Kang Sora, who recently made headlines for losing 20kg, shared her light yet nutritious breakfast on her channel, consisting of boiled eggs, nuts, and pre-cut vegetables like cucumber and paprika. She also adds bamboo salt to ensure she gets enough sodium. Kang Sora explained, “If you stick to a strictly low-sodium diet and then suddenly eat salty food, the body perceives it as binge eating and tries to store it. This can decrease the body’s stability, so I make sure to consume an appropriate amount of salt starting from breakfast.”

40-year-old Go Joon-hee also shared her low-carb, low-sodium diet. Her fasting routine includes drinking salt water. Go Joon-hee added, “I have olive oil and lemon juice every morning to help reduce inflammation. I find it helpful to buy simple diet foods when I’m dieting, and I prefer to cook for myself during that time.”
