Choi Jun-hee’s wedding turned into an emotional scene.
On the 17th, Kim Song shared a heartfelt message, saying, “I hope you embrace each other’s pain with warmth and share your joys twofold. Be a reliable sanctuary for one another, and Jong-ho, please continue to protect Jun-hee and make her the happiest woman in the world, staying by her side.”
She further expressed her wishes, adding, “I hope you don’t take for granted waking up to see each other every morning, and that you become a beautiful couple who can comfort each other with warmth in every small word.”
She also cheered them on, saying, “I bless you with all my heart, hoping that love and laughter never cease in your lives and that the home you build is always filled with warmth. Cherish each other as the most precious people in the world and live happily. I love you.”
Finally, she added, “Auntie, thank you for raising Jun-hee. Hwan-hee, I’m so proud of how wonderfully you’ve grown.”
In the photos and videos shared, Kim Song was seen attending Choi Jun-hee’s wedding. A caption in the wedding video read, “30 years ago, in the place where our parents began their marriage with expectation, worry, excitement, and fear, we also find our lifelong partners to make a beautiful promise.” As photos of the late Choi Jin-sil and Choi Sung-min appeared, some of Kim Song’s acquaintances were seen shedding tears.
Choi Jun-hee held her wedding on the 16th at a hotel in Gangnam, Seoul, marrying a non-celebrity man 11 years her senior. Jo Se-ho served as the MC for the event. Since both her parents, Choi Jin-sil and Cho Sung-min, have passed away, Choi Jun-hee walked down the aisle holding the hand of her older brother and host, Choi Hwan-hee.
Notably, close friends of the late Choi Jin-sil who attended her wedding in December 2000 also made an appearance. Hong Jin-kyung, Lee Young-ja, Lee Sora, Uhm Jung-hwa, and Jung Sun-hee sat together at one table to celebrate Choi Jun-hee’s marriage on behalf of the late Choi Jin-sil.
Jung Sun-hee looked emotional with her hands clasped in prayer, while Hong Jin-kyung, Lee Sora, and Uhm Jung-hwa couldn’t take their eyes off the aisle.
After the wedding, Lee Sora shared a short video of herself and Uhm Jung-hwa, saying, “Jung-hwa and I are playing like this. On the way back from Jun-hee’s wedding. Today is a happy day.”
