Kim Sarang is diving into the world of self-camming after fully paying off her delinquent taxes.
On the 17th, a video titled “Beginner YouTuber Kim Sarang’s First Vlog Challenge” was released on her YouTube channel. In the clip, Kim Sarang shared, “I’m heading to New York, so I’m trying to quickly lose 2kg. I’m such a homebody that I’ve filmed a lot at home, but I really wanted to go out. I tried this outfit on this time,” as she filmed her look.
She also opened up about the struggles of filming herself, admitting, “My arm hurts. It’s so chaotic when I’m the one filming.”
Meanwhile, there were recent reports that Kim Sarang’s apartment in Gimpo, Gyeonggi-do, was seized by tax authorities due to unpaid national taxes. However, it was later reported that she had completed the payment by the 9th.
A close associate of Kim Sarang explained that after receiving the tax notice in March, she adjusted her schedule and cleared all the delinquent amounts over two days, on the 8th and 9th.
They further noted that she only learned about the apartment seizure through the news. Under the National Tax Collection Act, seizures can occur without prior notice after a demand letter is sent, and a separate application for release is necessary to remove the record from the registry even after full payment. Thus, the remaining seizure record on the registry is believed to be a misunderstanding based on administrative procedures.
