In the video, Park Jung-gum shared her personal experiences with skin procedures, saying, “Nowadays, it’s almost strange not to take care of yourself because there’s so much interest in it. I believe the best way is to spend less while maximizing the effects.”

The first treatment she mentioned was skin regeneration injections. Park Jung-gum stated, “I get these really consistently, rain or shine. I make sure to get them at least 12 times a year.”

However, she doesn’t only stick to one type. She explained, “When I feel like I’ve developed a tolerance to Rejuran or don’t feel it’s working as well one month, I switch to ‘water glow’ injections. Water glow is much cheaper than Rejuran and sometimes gives a more sparkling glow. So, I mix them up.”

Regarding Botox, she took a cautious stance, saying, “I don’t get it periodically. The effect is great, but it’s too temporary, so I might get it once or twice a year, or sometimes skip it entirely. I don’t do it on a regular schedule.”

She specifically added, “I absolutely never get Botox around my eyes or forehead. It can change your expression, and if it’s done wrong, it can even make it hard to open your eyes.”

She also mentioned high-frequency care, noting, “High-frequency care helps reduce swelling and refine skin texture. I get that occasionally.”

She then revealed a laser treatment she’s currently dedicated to once a week. “There’s one laser I’m determinedly getting weekly. It’s a procedure that makes the internal muscles exercise to slightly shorten the central part of the face. Patches are applied to the forehead and cheeks,” she explained. “You just leave them on for about 20 minutes. The doctor doesn’t have to rub anything or apply gel.”

Park Jung-gum added, “I heard this treatment is very trendy in Hollywood. Since I’m sensitive to trends, I wanted to try it. You might not feel a big difference after one or two sessions, but after three, four, or five, I felt things improving, becoming more refined, and the central part of my face feeling slightly shorter. I’ve had it about four times.”

Park Jung-gum then pointed out cost-effective treatments for specific areas like the forehead, lifting, and face slimming. She also shared her thoughts on pricing, saying, “Anything good is expensive. Clothes from L or C brands are all expensive, but they look stylish and pretty when you wear them.”

She explained, “That’s how I think. When we join a company, we give a lot of respect to those who graduated from good schools and have master’s or doctoral degrees. We are paying for that time and the result of their effort. Even for C brand clothes, the raw material cost isn’t that high. I see it as the reward for the hard work of many people who dedicated their lives to creating a design.”

She continued, “I really hope parents with children in middle or high school, or the students themselves, watch this content. I know that graduating from a prestigious university doesn’t necessarily make someone a great person, but the reason these people achieve those results is because they pushed through with ‘butt power’ by staying glued to their desks.”

She added, “Persistence. You have to understand the meaning behind an object. You are paying for the sweat, tears, effort, pain, and the time they spent working hard while others were playing. So, there’s nothing to feel unfair about.”

Finally, she emphasized the importance of consistent care. “I say similar things all the time, but just as dripping water eventually forms a large river, if you consistently take care of your skin, just try going to a school reunion. Honestly, there’s a 20-year difference. That is the result of sweat and effort.”

However, Park Jung-gum cautioned, “The best way is to consult with a specialist to determine which parts of your face need help and improve them through professional consultation.”
