[Official] ‘Moving 2’ Officially Starts Filming! Ryu Seung-ryong, Han Hyo-joo, Jo In-sung, and Newcomer Won Gyu-bin Join the Cast

According to Disney+ on the 18th, ‘Moving Season 2’ has recently cranked in. This is the highly anticipated sequel to ‘Moving’, the series that broke new ground for Korean action hero stories and became a massive global hit.

‘Moving Season 2’ is a human action series where superpowered individuals, who had returned to their ordinary lives after the ‘Jeongwon High School incident’, face a new crisis and fight once again to protect their loved ones. Writer Kang Full, who previously wrote ‘Moving’ and ‘Light Shop’, is back for his third series script, while Director Kim Seong-hun, known for the ‘Kingdom’ series and films like ‘Confidential Assignment’, ‘Tunnel’, and ‘A Hard Day’, takes the helm.

Excitement is building as rookie Won Gyu-bin joins the cast to play the role of Kim Bong-seok, a character who was deeply loved in Season 1. Won Gyu-bin, signed with nne, made his debut in the 2025 drama ‘Cheongdam International High School 2’ and has already made a name for himself with his stable acting skills.

Writer Kang Full shared his thoughts, saying, “I am grateful to the actors and staff who joined me. I hope we can create an even better work.” Director Kim Seong-hun added, “I believe Season 2 was made possible thanks to the production team who created the beloved ‘Moving’ Season 1. I plan to experiment with various new attempts.”

Meanwhile, upon its release, ‘Moving’ became the most-watched Korean original series on Hulu in the US during its first week of release. It also continued its winning streak at various award ceremonies, including a nomination for Best Foreign Language Series at the 29th Critics Choice Awards, as well as wins at the 2023 Asia Contents Awards & Global OTT Awards, the 59th Daejong Film Awards (Series category), the 60th Baeksang Arts Awards (TV category), and the 3rd Blue Dragon Series Awards.
