Actor Oh Man-seok recently bragged about his two daughters’ natural talent for entertainment.
On the May 19th episode of KBS1’s ‘AM Plaza’, actors Song Il-gook and Oh Man-seok appeared as guests to share their stories.
During the show, Oh Man-seok shared updates about his daughters. He revealed that his eldest daughter is in her mid-20s, while his youngest is 8 years old. He even mentioned that he sometimes enjoys drinks with his eldest daughter.
He expressed his affection, saying, “Not long ago, she came to see my performance, and we went to a bar afterward to talk over drinks. I love that now that she’s grown up. As for my second daughter, I’m so grateful for the kisses she gives me before bed.”
When asked about his daughters’ talents, Oh Man-seok sparked curiosity by bragging, “I didn’t teach either of them, but when I have them try out lines, they’re really good. I think they inherited my talent.”
Song Il-gook expressed his envy toward Oh Man-seok. Song confessed, “I really wanted a daughter. I even picked out names: Uri and Nara. Aren’t they pretty? But my mother-in-law told me, ‘No more children from my daughter.'”
Recalling the time, he explained, “Because she almost died while having three children. It was so hard. By four months, her belly already looked full-term. I wondered how it could swell that much. There were 20 people in the operating room during delivery. We couldn’t just give birth whenever we wanted; the hospital set the date because they had to gather all that staff. That’s how dangerous it was.”
He then sent a message to his wife, saying, “Honey, thank you for all your hard work raising four sons. I love you.” In response, Oh Man-seok added to the laughter by giving a 90-degree bow to Song’s wife, saying, “Thank you.”
