Kim Jun-ho promised his wife, Kim Ji-min, that he would quit smoking and drinking during his proposal, but he confidently admitted that he still uses e-cigarettes and binge drinks once a week.
On the May 19 broadcast of SBS’s ‘Same Bed, Different Dreams Season 2 – You Are My Destiny,’ comedian Kim Jun-ho appeared, marking 300 days since his marriage.
Kim Jun-ho introduced himself as “Kim Jun-ho, Kim Ji-min’s man, who went through the entire marriage process with the people of Korea and did everything women hate the most.” While Kim Gura called him a “marriage evangelist,” Seo Jang-hoon corrected him to “remarriage evangelist.” Kim Gura added that Kim Ji-min is marrying for the first time.
Kim Gura then questioned him about his promises to quit smoking and drinking, noting that they are not easy to keep. Kim Jun-ho argued, “I don’t smoke regular cigarettes. I use e-cigarettes. They’re different because one has tar and the other doesn’t.” To this, Kim Gura shot back, “But they still have nicotine!”
Regarding his drinking habits, Kim Jun-ho claimed, “Now it’s once a week. I’ve reduced it a lot.” However, when Kim Gura asked if that meant “binge drinking once a week,” he answered that it was. Lee Ji-hye laughed, commenting that he still lives however he wants.
When Kim Sook asked, “If you had to quit just one thing?” Kim Jun-ho jokingly replied, “Should I quit my wife?” which prompted Kim Gura to snap, “This is why you get criticized.” While Kim Sook defended him, saying it’s a typical comedian’s trait to try and be funny, Kim Gura drew a line, saying, “What do you mean typical comedian? It’s a trait of unattractive comedians.”
