In a video posted on her channel ‘Ralralralral’ on the 30th of last month, Ralral shocked fans by revealing, “I drank every day for two years after having my baby.” She explained that she relied on alcohol to cope with anxiety and to fill the dopamine void caused by ADHD and postpartum depression. She shared the heartbreaking detail that she felt emotionally exhausted to the point where daily life felt colorless and unbearable without alcohol. Fortunately, she shared that her symptoms have improved significantly through consistent treatment, and she now barely drinks, with the intrusive thoughts and anxiety that plagued her having diminished.
Previously, in February, Ralral had shared a health warning via her account. At the time, she revealed she had been diagnosed as obese with 40% body fat, high inflammation levels, and lethargy, leading her to resolve to overcome alcohol dependence and start a diet. Recently, having undergone both rhinoplasty and under-eye fat repositioning surgery, she shared that she is currently abstaining from alcohol for recovery and is determined to reclaim her health.
Ralral, who married in 2024 and has a daughter, continues to receive support from fans for her efforts to change for her health while maintaining her signature cheerfulness, even turning her post-surgery swelling into content.
