Shim Hyung-tak visited a place filled with special memories with his Japanese wife, Saya, this time accompanied by their son, Haru!
In the May 6 episode of KBS 2TV’s The Return of Superman, actor Shim Hyung-tak set off on a lovely spring trip with his son, Haru.
Shim Hyung-tak shared, “This is the farthest trip I’ve ever taken with just Haru. We’re in Chuncheon! It’s such a beautiful city with so much delicious food. But more importantly, I have wonderful memories here with my wife.”
Ralral expressed admiration, saying, “Visiting a place where you have memories with your wife along with Haru is so meaningful.” Shim Hyung-tak then whispered to Haru, “Not long after your mom first came to Korea, I brought her here because I wanted to introduce her to the country. She loved it so much back then. I’m so happy to be here with you, Haru.”
As Shim Hyung-tak and Haru sat under the cherry blossom trees, local Chuncheon citizens recognized Haru, calling his name and waving. When Shim Hyung-tak told him, “Haru, say hello over there,” Haru waved back, delivering a total cuteness overload!
Kim Jong-min was amazed, noting, “Haru’s popularity is incredible,” while Ralral joked, “It feels like a cherry blossom viewing fan meeting.” Shim Hyung-tak playfully added, “It seems like everyone knows him. Haru’s popularity reminds me of my own peak days!”
Laughter erupted when past photos of Shim Hyung-tak were revealed, and Kim Jong-min bluntly remarked, “You look much younger now!”
