Hyun Young was left completely shocked after receiving some very blunt diet advice.
In the May 6 broadcast of TV CHOSUN’s ‘Perfect Life’, MC Hyun Young (50) appeared as a client.
Hyun Young mentioned her recent weight changes, saying, “I let my guard down for a bit during winter break, and the weight I had been managing so well suddenly came back.” She has since managed to lose about 4kg over the last two months.
When her sister-in-law mentioned being surprised when she visited during Lunar New Year, Hyun Young denied it, saying, “It wasn’t that surprising.” However, Lee Sung Mi, after seeing before-and-after photos, acknowledged the difference, noting, “Your belly fat was sticking out. It’s completely different now.” Shin Seung Hwan also pointed out the change, telling her to look at her upper arms.
The shock intensified when she received the blunt comment that before her diet, she had a “bumpy feeling” because her fat wasn’t toned. Hyun Young couldn’t hide her shocked expression, insisting, “It wasn’t that bumpy!”
Now, her figure looks much more toned. Hyun Young shared the perks of her weight loss, saying, “I feel like I can breathe now that my clothes fit more loosely.” Oh Ji Ho also praised her, adding, “Clothes look much better when you lose weight.”
