Popular singer D4vd (real name David Burke, 21), who is accused of the brutal murder of a 14-year-old girl, has been kicked off TikTok following YouTube’s decision to demonetize his content.
According to entertainment outlet TMZ on the 7th (local time), D4vd’s TikTok account was deleted just a few weeks after he was indicted for the murder of Celeste Rivas Hernandez. Currently, all content has vanished from his page, and only a notification stating the account is blocked is visible.

TikTok strictly prohibits the promotion of violent and suggestive content in accordance with its community guidelines.
Before this, YouTube also suspended his music monetization under its “Creator Responsibility Policy.” A YouTube spokesperson explained that the action was taken because “harmful behavior occurring outside the platform was judged to have a negative impact on the community.” Meanwhile, petitions are surging to have him permanently removed from major streaming platforms.
D4vd was formally indicted in late April on charges of first-degree murder, sexual assault, and desecration of a corpse. This follows the discovery of parts of the victim’s body in a Tesla vehicle linked to him seven months prior.
D4vd’s side is currently denying all charges and maintaining his innocence.
