Rain is here to expose Tak Jae-hoon’s past slip of the tongue!
On the May 11 episode of SBS’s ‘Ani Geunde Jinjja!’, all-rounder artist Rain will make an appearance, showcasing everything from an epic performance to his incredible wit.
Rain caught everyone’s attention by sharing his unique perspective on acting and variety shows. Speaking about ‘Bloodhounds 2’, where he garnered attention for his perfect villain role, he revealed, “I decided to appear immediately without even looking at the script. I poured my entire body and soul into boxing for six months.” When the MCs asked why he chose ‘Ani Geunde Jinjja!’ to promote his album, Rain warmed the atmosphere by calling it “the trendiest program these days.”
The energy reached a fever pitch with a special stage featuring Rain and Kai, exclusive to ‘Ani Geunde Jinjja!’. Kai confessed that Rain was his role model, saying, “I’ve been dancing to Rain’s songs since I was in elementary school.” Rain responded warmly, stating, “I think Kai is the junior who dances the best.” Kai then admitted, “I’m as nervous as I was when I debuted,” before perfectly recreating the ‘Rainism’ stage. Rain then joined in, creating a historic joint performance that blew the roof off the set.
Rain also brought laughs by revealing his special bond with Tak Jae-hoon. When Tak Jae-hoon told him, “I knew you’d be successful from the start,” Rain exposed him, saying, “That’s a lie! In the past, he asked me, ‘Do you even know how to do anything?’” which left the set in stitches. Rain explained that he calls Tak Jae-hoon ‘Tak-ttuk-i’ because “he’s a brother who falls to the bottom but always bounces back like a roly-poly toy.” He further devastated the set with a blunt joke, adding, “Juniors vow that they should not live like Jae-hoon hyung.”
