Actress Jun Ji-hyun has revealed her impressive self-care routine!
On the 8th, a video titled “The Hive Team and Waggle Boarding the Yeon-niverse | Na Young-seok’s Waggle Waggle” was uploaded to the YouTube channel ‘Channel Full Moon’.
In the video, PD Na Young-seok had a great time chatting with Director Yeon Sang-ho of the movie ‘Hive’ and actors Jun Ji-hyun, Koo Kyo-hwan, Ji Chang-wook, Shin Hyun-bin, and Kim Shin-rok.
When Koo Kyo-hwan mentioned that they have company dinners often, PD Na Young-seok asked if there are any go-to menu items.
Koo Kyo-hwan replied, “In my case, I buy the snacks I want to eat and bring them along.”

Surprised that they don’t go to restaurants, PD Na Young-seok questioned it, to which Shin Hyun-bin explained, “We often have them at the director’s studio.”
PD Na Young-seok then asked Jun Ji-hyun what she usually brings to those gatherings. Director Yeon Sang-ho caught everyone’s attention by revealing, “Actress Jun’s eating habits are different from ours.”
Koo Kyo-hwan added, “Sunbaenim has an icebox,” mentioning that Jun Ji-hyun brings her own dedicated lunch boxes.
Director Yeon Sang-ho recalled, “She brings so much food and shares it with everyone. I was really impressed by the beef jerky she brought. It wasn’t the kind I usually eat. I expected convenience store jerky, but it was a completely different kind wrapped in hanji (traditional Korean paper). It was my first time trying that kind of jerky.”

Jun Ji-hyun explained her reasoning, saying, “If I eat too much during filming, I can’t concentrate well and I get sleepy. I pay extra attention to my diet especially when I’m filming.”
Known for exercising frequently, Jun Ji-hyun shared her new hobby: “I’ve been doing kickboxing lately. I went to do boxing, but I was puzzled because the teacher kept telling me to kick. It turns out they were a kickboxing teacher. Now that I’m doing it, I really want to be good at kicking!”
She added, “When we’re young, there are many moments where we run and play until our hearts race. As we get older, those moments disappear, but kickboxing is a workout that leaves me breathless, so I love it.”
