Rookie boy group EMOTI:M has officially started their debut countdown after finally revealing the faces of their members!
Even before their official debut, they are seeing an incredible response, surpassing 370,000 TikTok followers and racking up over 20 million likes.
According to their agency, EMOTI:M consists of members who are skilled not only in vocals and performance but also in playing instruments and songwriting. The five-member group includes Korean members CHAN YUL (born 2007), JU HYUN (born 2003), and JIN WON (born 2007), Japanese member REI (born 2003), and YEONG HO (born 2005) from Hong Kong.
Japanese member REI is known for his fluid dance lines, while YEONG HO from Hong Kong previously worked as a dance influencer in his home country. He is known as a hardworking member who consistently practiced while traveling between Korea and Hong Kong to debut as a K-pop idol.
EMOTI:M’s core concept is “Connection.” Their group name is a combination of “IMOTION” (emotion) and “MUSIC,” signifying that they connect people from different worlds as one, supporting and comforting each other through music.
Already attracting global fandom attention before their official launch, EMOTI:M is scheduled to debut this July.
