“Performance-type idols” 82MAJOR have completely owned their first comeback week, exploding with visual potential on every music show stage!
The group 82MAJOR (Nam Seong-mo, Park Seok-jun, Yoon Ye-chan, Jo Seong-il, Hwang Seong-bin, Kim Do-gyun) kicked off their return on the 28th of last month with the release of their 5th mini album ‘FEELM’ and a fan showcase that felt just like a full-scale concert.
This new release comes about six months after their 4th mini album ‘Trophy’ in October last year. The title ‘FEELM’ is a blend of “Feel” and “Film,” capturing various emotional moments like a movie. Notably, all members participated in the songwriting, composing, and arranging, once again proving their status as “self-producing idols.”

The album features a variety of genres that highlight 82MAJOR’s musical growth. The opening track “W.T.F” starts with jazz before flipping into an intense beat. “CAGE,” a Baile Funk track, sings about the irony of love through a contrast of exciting beats and lyrical melodies. “CIRCLES” melts feelings of longing over a heavy bass, while the final track “YESSIR!” is a house-based dance song that modernizes retro samples with a message of moving forward as their true selves.
After their grand kickoff, they dove straight into promotions, appearing on major music shows including Mnet’s ‘M Countdown’, KBS 2TV’s ‘Music Bank’, MBC’s ‘Show! Music Core’, and SBS’s ‘Inkigayo’.
For this promotion, 82MAJOR leveled up their concept with a striking black-and-white contrast in their styling. They flaunted a mature masculinity in black suits that emphasized their shoulder lines on ‘M Countdown’ and ‘Show! Music Core’, while radiating a modern and sophisticated charm in white outfits on ‘Music Bank’ and ‘Inkigayo’. The members showcased the group’s growth through deeper gazes and a relaxed, emotional hip-hop vibe.
Known as “performance-type idols,” 82MAJOR kept fans glued to their screens with point choreography like the “wrist-watch dance” and “time-lag dance,” along with smooth, well-paced dance lines. It was a moment where the solid skills and stage experience they gained from their Europe tour and solo concerts worldwide truly shone.
