Actor Jeon Won-ju has shown a complete 180-degree transformation following her hip surgery.
On the 12th, a video titled “Jeon Won-ju is back! Hip surgery is nothing to fear!” was uploaded to the ‘Jeon Won-ju_Jeon Won-ju-in-gong’ YouTube channel.
Returning to YouTube filming about two months after her surgery, Jeon Won-ju shared her healthy recovery by singing and dancing. The production crew expressed their relief, noting, “We heard recovery takes a year, so this is amazing. Hearing her laugh puts our minds at ease. She seems even healthier now.”
Jeon Won-ju shared, “I used to be quite stingy, but things change as you get older. While I was lying down after my surgery, I realized that if I left this world as a stingy person, I’d be the only one losing out. Now, I intentionally carry cash to help those in need. If someone asks for help on the street, I give them 50,000 won. I’ve had my fun saving money, so now I want to experience the joy of giving.”
She then pulled out an envelope of cash and told the crew, “I brought 1 million won. Go buy yourselves some food!” She then “flexed” a total of 400,000 won, giving 100,000 won to each crew member.
The crew reacted with, “What is happening? This is so heartwarming,” to which Jeon Won-ju responded, “I’m approaching 90. Since I’ll leave this world empty-handed, I felt I should help people in need as much as I can before I go.”
