Model and entertainer Han Hye Jin recently shared her hilarious plan: if she doesn’t get married by age 45, she’s throwing a “single party”!
On May 13, a new video titled “I’ve prepared a meal friend and a dishwashing friend!” was uploaded to Han Hye Jin’s YouTube channel.
In the video, she invited her close colleagues, entertainer Pung Ja and comedian Um Ji Yoon, to her home.
While enjoying some delivery food, the trio dove into various topics.
Han Hye Jin jokingly remarked, “If I can’t get married by 45, I should just have a single party.”
When Pung Ja mentioned that some people these days have “solo weddings,” Han Hye Jin replied, “I don’t want to do that. What’s the reason for having a wedding? At its core, it’s about collecting back the wedding gift money I’ve given out.”
She continued, “If I don’t marry by 45, I’ll collect the tens of millions of won in wedding gifts I’ve given over the years at my single party. If I happen to marry after that, I won’t have a wedding. I can’t take the money twice, right?”
Han Hye Jin also shared her preference for outdoor weddings, recalling Lee Si Eon’s wedding in Jeju Island.
“It was a place where only 50 people could enter. Si Eon oppa has so many close friends, so it must have been hard to narrow it down to 50, but it was meaningful because I could see who he was truly close with,” she said, noting how memorable the venue was.
She then described her dream wedding visions. “There are two versions. Didn’t Won Bin and Lee Na Young have a wedding in a wheat field? My yard is about 1,500 pyeong in total. I want to grow wheat there and create a virgin road.”
She also mentioned reed fields, saying, “I want to walk out from between the reeds when they are lush in autumn. I think of the virgin road as a runway. While a typical virgin road is about 10 meters, I want to make mine about 300 meters long.”
Born in 1983, Han Hye Jin continues to be active as a model and entertainer.
She is set to appear in the new KBS 2TV variety show ‘Nunan Naege Yeojaya Season 2’ starting on the 23rd.
