Park Jihoon Opens Up About His Health After Losing 15kg:

Singer and actor Park Jihoon revealed that he is still using an electric blanket.

On May 14, a video titled “Park Jihoon reads and answers comments” was uploaded to the official Dispatch YouTube channel. Park Jihoon caught fans’ attention by mentioning, “I still use an electric blanket,” in response to a fan’s question about his health.

When asked about his current physical condition, he said, “I’m not sure. It’s still a bit cold, so I turn on the electric blanket.”

However, he reassured fans, saying, “I think my condition is fine. I’ve regained my health and feel much better after eating a bit more since filming The Man Living with the King.”

He added, “I always sleep well. I fall asleep as soon as I lie down,” and “There’s nothing in particular to be stressed about. I’m so happy with all my activities lately.” Park Jihoon has been leading a busy life, balancing his career as a singer and actor with the Wanna One reunion and his appearance in the TVING and tvN drama Become a Legend of the Cooking Soldier.

Regarding his ideal type, he answered, “I think this is what you’re most curious about, but I don’t really have a specific ideal type.” He explained, “I had one when I was younger, but in the end, I think I return to the style I’ve always wanted. I like someone I can communicate well with.”

Previously, Park Jihoon made headlines for losing about 15kg in just two months to play King Danjong, who refuses food and drink, in the movie The Man Living with the King. He successfully lost the weight by putting in a lot of effort, including eating apples, a fruit he dislikes, to suppress his appetite.

Meanwhile, Park Jihoon, who joined the ranks of “ten-million actors” with the movie The Man Living with the King, continues to stay busy as both a singer and actor.

The TVING and tvN drama Become a Legend of the Cooking Soldier, in which Park Jihoon stars as Private Kang Seong-jae, had a smooth start, recording viewership ratings of 5.8% and 6.2% for its first and second episodes respectively since its release on the 11th.
