Model Yeo Yeon-hee has honestly revealed a hidden behind-the-scenes story from her time on Korea’s Next Top Model 3.
On the 14th, Yeo Yeon-hee uploaded a video titled “I’m doing that hard survival show twice” to her YouTube channel, ‘Yeo Yeon-heeing’.
Currently appearing on tvN’s ‘Kill It: Style Creator War’, she used the opportunity to bring up stories from ‘Korea’s Next Top Model 3’, which aired back in 2012.
Yeo Yeon-hee revealed that she finished in 3rd place, noting, “I’ve never mentioned this on any broadcast before.”
She explained, “There was a break of about three months before the final filming. It was a system where we had time to reorganize before filming the finals. I was 21 at the time and had never dated before, but I got a boyfriend during those three months.”
She confessed, “I was so deeply in love. At the time, my boyfriend cried, saying, ‘What if you win first place and go to the US?’ In my young mind, I thought, ‘Oh, I shouldn’t do too well at this.'”

Yeo Yeon-hee recalled, “So during the missions, the show packaged it to look positive, but in reality, I really didn’t work hard. The PD scolded me a lot in the middle, telling me I wasn’t working hard because I was fallen for a guy.”
She admitted, “I was so young then and loved him so much. Thinking back now, I regret it so much.”
She added, “On the show, it was framed as if I suddenly lacked energy or because of my height. I kept it to myself because I didn’t want to look like a ‘man-obsessed’ person, but honestly, I really was obsessed with him back then.”
She expressed her regret, saying, “At that age, the ‘love of the century’ felt more important than my career. I wasn’t in a state of mind to think about work or anything else. If I could go back, I think I would have worked harder.”
However, Yeo Yeon-hee revealed, “Despite being that in love, we broke up after only three to four months,” and jokingly hit the sofa in frustration, drawing laughter.
