Moon Chae-won Wants a Monthly “Escape” from Routine Just Before Her Wedding!

Actress Moon Chae-won has caught everyone’s attention by revealing that she wants to have a little “escape” from her routine once a month before her upcoming wedding.

On the 14th, a video titled “Moon Chae-won goes to the Euljiro outdoor market” was uploaded to her YouTube channel, ‘Moon Chae-won’.

In the video, Moon Chae-won visited the crowded ‘Hipjiro’ (Euljiro 3-ga) to challenge herself with an “introvert’s escape.” Feeling shy as many people recognized her, she struggled to take off her sunglasses and nervously admitted, “I shouldn’t have come to Euljiro.”

She was especially shocked to see a waiting list of over 2,700 people at one restaurant. As fans called out her name throughout the streets, she took photos and greeted them, creating a spontaneous fan meeting atmosphere.

However, she showed her true introvert side by eventually moving by car due to the bustling atmosphere of the night market alleys, which brought laughter to viewers. Afterward, experiencing Haidilao for the first time in her life, she settled in at the outdoor market and shared some honest thoughts with the production team.

Moon Chae-won noted, “We met at 6 PM, and it’s already 10:50 PM. It feels like time went by slowly today. Thinking about why, I believe it’s because I was slowly savoring these moments.”

She continued, “In the future, I want to try an ‘escape’ about once a month. I want to do things I’ve never done before. Repetitive daily life makes time fly, but experiencing new things makes me feel like I’m enjoying time more fully.”

Moon Chae-won also tried making “tornado liquor” by spinning a soju bottle, but she looked flustered when it didn’t go as planned. After practicing following the staff’s demonstration, she took a sip and joked, “It tastes like the wandering of my 20s,” adding, “This is for non-broadcast use,” which caused a laugh.

Meanwhile, Moon Chae-won is set to marry her non-celebrity fiancé this June. Her agency stated, “The wedding will be held privately with only family and close relatives in attendance.”
