Tablo’s daughter Haru is making headlines with her incredible growth. From BTS Suga to BIGBANG Taeyang, stars who remember Haru are unable to hide their surprise at how much she has grown.
Recently, a video titled “Story of a Stalker Entering Tooky’s House ft. K-style Pork Cutlet” was uploaded to the Epik High YouTube channel.
During the video, Tablo and Tooky were discussing slang from different generations and asked, “How do people express ‘cool’ these days?” They called Haru directly to find out. Haru surprised everyone with her natural English pronunciation. When Tablo asked what expressions like “jjang-ida” (the best) or “cool” are used, Haru explained, “Something like ‘That’s awesome’,” adding that “Swag” isn’t used much anymore. She further noted, “Some people still use ‘Lit’ occasionally, but I personally don’t use it much. These days, ‘That’s awesome’ and ‘great’ are the most common.”
Netizens reacted with comments such as, “What’s with Haru’s English skills?”, “Baby Haru already feels like a high school girl”, “She sounds like a native speaker”, and “Even her way of speaking is so cool.”
It wasn’t just fans who were surprised. BTS Suga also mentioned his special bond with Haru. In a previous Epik High YouTube video titled “Are You Eating Well? ft. BTS RM, Suga”, Tablo expressed his gratitude, saying, “Yoon-gi invited me and Haru a year ago and made us rice cake soup.” To this, Suga replied, “Haru doesn’t feel like she’s in her rebellious phase as much as I thought. She’s kind and cute,” while Tooky joked, “That’s only because she’s in front of Yoon-gi,” sparking laughter.
Tablo shared that “Haru is now 15 and in her puberty phase,” while RM and Suga expressed their emotions, saying, “She was really young when we first saw her.”
BIGBANG Taeyang also shared a heartwarming update about Haru. In the “Epikasse” video released on the 14th, Tablo told him, “Haru misses you a lot.” Taeyang responded with surprise, “I saw Haru at a restaurant recently, and she’s grown so much. She speaks so well too.” Tablo added a touching detail, saying, “Taeyang took such good care of Haru when she was little. She still remembers that.”
Haru is currently known to be 17 years old. The innocent little girl from “The Return of Superman” has grown into a high school student who speaks English fluently, and interest continues to grow as stars who have watched her for a long time are amazed by her growth.
