Rookie Kim Ga-yeon (UADZ) is officially making her debut in the music industry!
Kim Ga-yeon will release her first EP, ‘I.D.O.L BOY’, on various online music sites on the 15th at 12 PM.
After making a strong impression on the hip-hop survival program ‘Rap:Public’, Kim Ga-yeon personally participated in the lyrics, composition, and arrangement of every single track on this debut album.
The title track ‘I.D.O.L BOY’, which shares the same name as the album, is a pop song based on dynamic Drum & Bass rhythms. It sensually depicts love, longing, and the confusing emotions hidden behind them, all layered over a sophisticated sound and a catchy, addictive hook.
Beyond the title track, the diverse tracks on the album prove Kim Ga-yeon’s wide musical spectrum. From hip-hop tracks capturing the confident energy of a teenager to R&B styles highlighting delicate emotions, the songs are organically connected to showcase her ‘all-rounder’ capabilities. In particular, she has completed her preparations to leave a unique mark by establishing her own signature sound through the arrangement work she led herself.
