Singer Lee Ji-hye found herself in a playful “daughter discrimination” controversy after a trip to an outlet mall.
On the 14th, a video titled “Must watch before going to the outlet! Revealing how to snag luxury items at crazy prices” was uploaded to the YouTube channel ‘Kwanjong Unnie’.
Lee Ji-hye hit the luxury outlets with her stylist friend of 10 years. Confidently, she stated, “We move systematically because we are J-style. People usually lose their minds and buy everything at outlets, but you can’t just buy things because they’re cheap.”
However, her plan crumbled the moment she stepped into the Prada store. After trying on a sleeveless top in the 100,000 won range recommended by a staff member, Lee Ji-hye got excited, saying, “The staff showed me such great items, and they’re so cheap!”
Despite the bold, short style, she immediately decided to pay, saying, “Wouldn’t this look great with jeans? It’s in the 100,000 won range, so I have to buy this.”
