Kim Shin-young shared some heartfelt realizations she had during her 24-year career in broadcasting.

In the May 15 episode of MBC’s variety show ‘I Live Alone’ (Episode 647), viewers got a glimpse into comedian Kim Shin-young’s “homebody routine” and singer Joy’s challenge to earn a dog groomer’s license.
The episode highlighted Kim Shin-young’s daily routine of driving herself home after finishing her radio schedule for MBC FM4U’s ‘Jung-oh’s Hope Song, it’s Kim Shin-young.’ It was revealed that she handles her commute entirely on her own without a manager.

Kim Shin-young explained, “I go to my radio schedules alone. Even though I’ve been in broadcasting for 24 years, I realized I didn’t know anything about how the station works. I didn’t even know where the waiting rooms or studios were. Could I really call myself a 24-year veteran? So, I spent a year and a half navigating on my own without help, and eventually, I got used to it.”
Meanwhile, MBC’s ‘I Live Alone,’ which brings laughter and emotion through real single lives, airs every Friday at 11:10 PM.
