Seo In-young, former member of Jewelry, shared some very realistic dating advice after experiencing both marriage and divorce.
She gave some blunt and hilarious advice to Ha Ju-yeon, who recently revealed she applied for the show “I Am Solo,” telling her, “If you save it for too long, it’ll go to waste!”
On the 15th, a video titled “A Day in the Life of Jewelry’s Ha Ju-yeon, Who Went from a 2nd Generation Idol to a Seoul Forest Office Worker” was uploaded to the YouTube channel “Annyeong-hasemyo.”
During the video, Ha Ju-yeon mentioned that she usually watches “I Am Solo” while eating alone. When the production team asked if she had applied, she laughed and admitted, “I sent an email, but I wasn’t picked.”
She added with a bit of regret, “Song Hae-na told me it wouldn’t work.”
Later, Ha Ju-yeon had a phone call with her former Jewelry teammate, Seo In-young. As soon as she picked up, Seo In-young showed her affection, saying, “Our Ju-yeon is living so diligently these days. I’m so proud of her.”
However, the conversation quickly shifted to some realistic dating advice.
Seo In-young asked, “Why aren’t you getting married?” and honestly added, “Do it even if you end up getting divorced. There’s nothing to be ashamed of in getting a divorce.”
She further advised, “If you wait too long, you’ll miss your chance. Just think about the one condition you want most.”
She then naturally mentioned her current relationship, saying, “I’ll look around for you. You know I have a boyfriend,” which sparked laughter.
Ha Ju-yeon burst into laughter at her unnie’s straightforward advice, keeping the atmosphere light and comfortable.
Meanwhile, Ha Ju-yeon joined Jewelry as a 3rd generation member in 2008. Recently, she has been gaining attention for sharing her daily life as an office worker on her personal YouTube channel, revealing, “I’ve been re-employed at the company I attended for three years.”
Seo In-young married a non-celebrity businessman in 2023 but announced her divorce about a year later. Since then, she has been communicating with fans by honestly sharing her current dating life through YouTube content.
