Goo Kyo-hwan, Go Youn-jung, Han Sun-hwa, and Shim Hee-seop are spending some comforting time together in the JTBC Saturday-Sunday drama ‘Everyone is Fighting Their Own Worthlessness’.
In the 10th episode of JTBC’s ‘Everyone is Fighting Their Own Worthlessness’ (hereafter ‘Mo-Ja-Mu-Ssa’) airing on the 17th, Hwang Dong-man (played by Goo Kyo-hwan), Byeon Eun-ah (played by Go Youn-jung), Jang Mi-ran (played by Han Sun-hwa), and Lee Jun-hwan (played by Shim Hee-seop), who have all lived with their own anxieties and deficiencies, gather for a special night.
The bond between Hwang Dong-man and Lee Jun-hwan is particularly noteworthy. Lee Jun-hwan has been the only person to silently stay by Hwang Dong-man’s side and listen to his long stories. Hwang Dong-man, who sees the world through a slightly different lens, and Lee Jun-hwan, who accepts him without prejudice, are set to show off their comfortable friend chemistry in this episode.
The relationship between Byeon Eun-ah and Jang Mi-ran also deepens. In previous episodes, Jang Mi-ran opened up to Byeon Eun-ah about her confusing emotions between acting and reality, to which Byeon Eun-ah offered sincere comfort, saying, “I’m in trouble. I’ve come to like you.”
Despite living while hiding the fact that she is Oh Jung-hee’s biological daughter, Byeon Eun-ah expresses her affection for Jang Mi-ran, forming a special bond between the two.
Released still cuts show the four of them gathered at Hwang Dong-man’s house. The sight of them making a tree and sharing simple food in a small room creates a warm atmosphere. Additionally, scenes of Hwang Dong-man, Lee Jun-hwan, and Jang Mi-ran dancing innocently in the heavy snow, and Byeon Eun-ah gazing at the snowy sky, add an emotional touch.
The production team stated, “This episode captures the most shining moments of the four people who find comfort just by each other’s existence,” adding, “The romance of them laughing and dancing together in the heavy snow will warmly reach the viewers.”
Previously, in the 9th episode aired on the 16th, a scene where Go Youn-jung wraps Goo Kyo-hwan in clothes became a hot topic. As the scene featured Byeon Eun-ah, an office worker in her early 30s, comforting Hwang Dong-man, an unemployed man in his 40s, some viewers reacted negatively, calling it “bizarre” or asking “what is this?”
Episode 10 of ‘Mo-Ja-Mu-Ssa’ will air on the 17th at 10:30 PM.
