Lee Geum-hee Honestly Opens Up About Why She’s Single: “The Timing Just Wasn’t Right”

Broadcaster Lee Geum-hee has honestly revealed the reason why she is currently single.

On the May 17th episode of TV Chosun’s ‘Huh Young-man’s Food Travel’ (Baekban Tour), Lee Geum-hee, a veteran in the broadcasting industry for 37 years, appeared as a guest in Goyang.

During the episode, Huh Young-man asked Lee Geum-hee, “I’m sorry to ask, but are you married?”

To this, Lee Geum-hee answered candidly, “I haven’t yet. The timing just never seemed to work out,” explaining that timing was the primary reason she hasn’t married.

Huh Young-man then asked about her ideal type. Lee Geum-hee shared, “I’ve mentioned on broadcasts and other places that I like handsome people, but I think I prefer someone who is kind and affectionate.”

She added, “In the end, to look at someone for a long time and live together for a long time, they have to be affectionate.” Hearing this, Huh Young-man jokingly claimed, “That’s me!” which led Lee Geum-hee to wittily respond, “Then why did you get married so early?” bringing laughter to the scene.

Meanwhile, Lee Geum-hee was born in 1965 and is 62 years old this year (Korean age).
